WE PROVIDE FREE CONSULTATIONS

Every woman facing unplanned pregnancy needs adequate information to answer these questions before a final pregnancy decision can be made:

  • Am I really pregnant? As many as 50% of all pregnancies end in miscarriage, most in the first trimester, before 12 weeks.
  • How far along am I? Gestational age is important information you will need if you are considering abortion, in order to know the type of abortion available to you and the cost involved.
  • Do I have a sexually transmitted disease (STI)? STI's pose a serious risk to a woman’s future reproductive and overall health, especially if left untreated. Any abortion procedure (including a medical abortion) increases the risk of bacteria from outside a woman’s body or from the vagina being carried into her cervix. STD testing and treatment is particularly important before an abortion.

We will confirm your pregnancy, determine how far along you are, and do STI testing, at your initial appointment.
